Jackson Vineyards Shipping Regulations
We ARE able to direct ship our wine, but ONLY to the following Pink states:

If you are a South Dakota resident please visit our retailers.
All other states that qualify for shipping please contact us by phone or click on the order online link.
- There is a minimum order of two bottles.
- Shipping and handling fees vary from $17-$48 for 4-12 bottles, depending on which of the lower 48 states we are shipping to. Alaska rates are higher.
- We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments online and over the phone.
- Please allow 5-10 days for normal delivery.
- Many states have CAPS on how much wine we can ship per person or per household per month or per year. For instance, New Hampshire has a limit of 5 cases per household per year and Wisconsin has a limit of 3 cases per person per year. Other states may have no limits.
- A person age 21 or older MUST be available to receive the package when it arrives. No exceptions are made. After three attempts to deliver to the "ship to" address, with no contact, FedEx will return the package to us and shipping charges will be incurred by you again if we need to reship.
- New legislation is currently pending in many states, and our "states we can ship to" list will be updated as changes occur. Please note that many permit processes are extremely slow.

Penalties include monetary fines, jail time, criminal probation, loss of driver's license and a criminal record that must be disclosed on job and college applications. Licensed sellers of alcohol (including wineries and retailers) who pay large fines and lose alcohol license privileges for sales to minors are entitled to sue the minor for compensation. All Internet customers must provide a credit card number and delivery address and can therefore be POSITIVELY identified to law enforcement. IF YOU'RE UNDER 21 -- DON'T RISK YOUR FUTURE!”
